According to the different installation of the seat sealing ring, the fixed ball valve has two structures: the seat of the front seal of the ball and the seat of the seal after the ball. The seat designed with many years of ball valve manufacturing experience ensures that the valve is sealed, the friction coefficient is low, the operating torque is small, the seat material is a variety of materials, and the application range is wide. It is suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines, and its strength, safety, and harsh environmental resistance have been comprehensively considered in the design, and are suitable for a variety of corrosive and non-corrosive media.

The electrically fixed ball valve body is constructed with a high platform and ISO5211 standard connection. At the same time, the sealing surface adopts a two-way metal movable sealing structure, which has the functions of automatic compensation and self-cleaning, and has good sealing performance, not easy to wear and better resistance to high temperatures. The valve core adopts the full bore or reduced bore design of the O-type structure, and the flow resistance is small. And the preload spring is added, so that the ball valve has an automatic pressure relief function.

The floating ball valve has a small size, light weight, less material consumption, small installation size, and small driving torque, easy to operate, and easy to achieve rapid opening and closing. The ball can be freely rotated in the seat seal with the help of the stem. When opening, the ball hole is aligned with the pipe aperture to make the pipe working medium resistance smaller. When the valve stem rotates 1/4 turn, the ball hole is perpendicular to the channel of the valve, and the preload and medium pressure added to the two seat sealing rings press the ball tightly against the seat seal ring at the outlet end, so that the valve is sealed.
